HashPack stock trading is now live. The Hedera wallet announced that users can swap into tokenized stocks directly inside the app. The launch includes Apple ($AAPL), Nvidia ($NVDA), Tesla ($TSLA) and the S&P 500 ETF ($SPY), with more assets planned. SODAX powers the integration behind the scenes.
Your HashPack just got some serious company! Tokenized stocks are here: $AAPL. $NVDA. $TSLA. $SPY and more. Special thank you to our friends at @gosodax for helping bring this to life. Head to Swap and select Stocks at the top to get started. You can also switch between Stocks and Tokens directly from the Assets page. More assets. More ways to move – all within the HashPack experience. Take a look around, it’s all starting to connect.

How HashPack Stock Trading Works
Users open the Swap screen and select Stocks at the top. The same toggle lets them move between Stocks and Tokens. HashPack also added a Stocks and Tokens switch on the Assets page. As a result, users can view equity positions next to their usual Hedera holdings.
The flow follows the partnership terms announced in September. Users fund purchases with HBAR or USDC already in their wallet. Therefore, they do not need to source a separate asset first. Additionally, they can hold, send and trade the stock tokens like any other asset in HashPack.
HashPack framed the release as part of a wider push to connect more asset types. In its announcement, the team wrote, “More assets. More ways to move, all within the HashPack experience.” The message signals that stocks are a starting point rather than a one-off feature.
What SODAX Does Behind the Scenes
SODAX describes itself as a cross-network execution layer. It does not operate as a single-chain exchange. Instead, it coordinates trades across supported networks, including Hedera, Sonic and Stellar. A user states the outcome they want, such as swapping HBAR for a stock token. SODAX then routes the transaction to complete it.
This design matters for tokenized equities. The stock tokens trace back to Robinhood’s tokenized stock lineup, which first launched for European users on Arbitrum in 2025. Hedera does not issue these tokens itself. Consequently, SODAX acts as the bridge that makes existing, liquid assets reachable from a Hedera wallet.
SODAX has also moved toward tokenized equities in its own tooling. Its product updates show tokenized equities support added to its SDK in June 2026. That timeline suggests the HashPack launch builds on work the team started months earlier.
Why It Matters for Hedera
HashPack holds a central position in the Hedera ecosystem. The wallet reports more than one million created accounts. It also says it covers roughly 90% of Hedera’s monthly active users and holds over $1 billion in assets. Because of that reach, a single wallet feature can change what most Hedera users can do onchain.
Previously, Hedera’s tokenization story focused on issuance infrastructure and institutional pilots. In contrast, this launch targets retail access to assets people already recognize. Apple, Nvidia and Tesla need no explanation for a general audience. Likewise, SPY gives users one-click exposure to the broader US market.
The integration also gives HBAR and USDC a practical role. Users can spend either token to reach equity exposure. In turn, that creates a new reason to hold liquid funds inside the wallet. HashPack said it wants these assets to bring activity, liquidity and users to Hedera.
What Users Should Check Before Trading
Tokenized stocks differ from shares held in a brokerage account. A token represents exposure to a stock, and its rights depend on the issuer’s terms. Holders should not assume voting rights, direct shareholder status or unrestricted redemption. Importantly, they should read the issuer documentation before they trade.
Availability also varies by region. Robinhood’s stock tokens have focused on non-US markets, and several jurisdictions face restrictions. HashPack has not published a country-by-country list in the announcement. Therefore, users should confirm that the feature is available where they live.
Costs deserve the same attention. The announcement does not disclose a full fee schedule. Trades can involve Hedera network fees, execution spreads and slippage. Accordingly, the confirmation screen before each swap offers the best view of the real cost.
The Bigger Picture
HashPack stock trading shows how wallets are turning into broader financial interfaces. A user can now move from HBAR to a tokenized Apple position without leaving the app. Meanwhile, SODAX handles routing that would otherwise require bridges and multiple platforms.
The test now shifts to adoption. Liquidity, pricing and the pace of new listings will decide whether users trade stocks inside HashPack regularly. Additionally, regulatory treatment of tokenized equities will shape which users can participate. For now, Hedera users have a direct path to US equity exposure from the wallet they already use.
