Claynosaurz on Amazon Prime Video: Inside the Fan-First Playbook Powering HEEBOO

Claynosaurz co-founders Andrew and Blake join Genfinity to unpack the Amazon Prime Video launch, a 15% equity carve-out for NFT holders, Watch and Collect, and HEEBOO's creator economy bet.

Claynosaurz co-founders Andrew and Blake sat down with Genfinity to walk through a wild summer. The Solana-native IP launched animated micro episodes on Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV in July 2026. Each micro episode runs roughly two minutes and follows characters Flea, Bex, Trix, and Milo through Claynotopia. The launch briefly pushed the Claynosaurz floor to about 25 SOL on Magic Eden. For a stretch, it made Claynosaurz the top Solana NFT collection by floor price. Additionally, the team reserved 15% of company equity for NFT holders on July 2, 2026. Blake described the Amazon conversation as almost two years in the making.

How the Amazon Prime Deal Actually Came Together

Amazon initially engaged Claynosaurz around its short-form social content, not narrative animation. “The content team reached out to Nick specifically on LinkedIn,” Blake said. He pinned the first outreach to October 2025. However, the studio pivoted mid-negotiation to focus on full micro episodes with scripted arcs and voice acting. “These are more scripted and narrative and have a different animation style,” Blake said. “It’s a completely different beast.”

The team already had a full season of seven to eight minute episodes in development. They built the shorter micro episodes as sales tools for conversations with Amazon, Netflix, and Disney. “Now show us where this is all going,” Blake said, paraphrasing partner requests. Once Amazon saw the micro episodes, the answer landed fast. “Let’s get them on now. Let’s test now,” Blake recalled Amazon saying. The final deal moved quickly, even after almost a year of underlying conversations.

The Equity Move: Turning Fans Into Shareholders

On July 2, 2026, Claynosaurz reserved 15% of company shares as options for eligible NFT holders. The allocation lives inside a Delaware corporation with proper securities structuring. Eligible holders come from the Claynosaurz genesis collection, Call of Saga, and the Popkins expansion. The team took the snapshot during a quiet period to filter out short-term flippers. Andrew framed the move as an accounting correction more than a giveaway.

“We believe there’s actually inherent economic value to that fan engagement,” Andrew said. “The distribution of equity to those fans is the reciprocity of that.” He argued that Claynosaurz would not exist at scale without organic fan effort. “Without you guys, we wouldn’t be this size,” he said. Blake called the timing before the Amazon launch deliberate. Early holders now hold visible, retroactive skin in the game as the brand scales. Andrew called out that value distribution to fans is missing from traditional media economics entirely.

Watch and Collect: Turning Every Episode Into a Booster Pack

Claynosaurz also runs a prototype product called Watch and Collect at watch.claynosaurz.com. The concept lets viewers claim collectible cards tied to specific scenes, characters, and story moments. “What if when Pokemon came out you could get a booster pack for simply tuning in?” Blake asked. Every card acts as a stamp that the viewer was there for that moment. Additionally, cards tease future story beats and unlock passport-style tracking across a viewer’s collection.

The current promo mint offers five cards per micro episode across different rarities. “It’s not just about physical collectibles and digital collectibles,” Blake said. “It’s about collecting the story, collecting the moments right away.” The model gives Claynosaurz behavioral data on who watches, when, and how deeply. That data then feeds reward mechanisms for the earliest supporters as the franchise scales. Blake called it the on-ramp for future viewers who arrive from Prime Video without any crypto footprint.

HEEBOO: The Studio Layer Behind Everything

Claynosaurz is the flagship IP under HEEBOO, the team’s broader studio and platform play. Andrew described HEEBOO as the operating layer where the creator economy actually lives. “There is nowhere the creator economy actually lives today,” he said. Social platforms, Discord, Telegram, and comment sections all hold pieces of that economy. Crowdfunding on Kickstarter and Patreon captures another slice.

“Kickstarter and Patreon do $3 billion of capital formation every single year,” Andrew said. He described those platforms as capital in with limited reciprocity coming back to fans. HEEBOO instead ties fandom, capital, and rewards into one platform anchored by the $HEEBOO token. The team has already distributed 25 million $HEEBOO tokens, or 2.5% of supply, across an initial drop. Claynosaurz holders receive $HEEBOO allocations based on holdings and staking activity. “I don’t think any IP can survive right now or at least start out right now without building with an audience first,” Blake said.

The Attention Economy Thesis

Andrew leaned hard on the attention economy as HEEBOO’s underlying market opportunity. “The creator economy is the economy,” he said. “The currency of exchange is attention.” He described a gap between what fans actually contribute and what current accounting captures. Social equity, story engagement, and community context all sit on the intangible side of a balance sheet. No standard financial framework prices those inputs today, according to Andrew.

HEEBOO’s token is built to quantify that gap and route value back to contributors. Blake pointed to studios stuck in a cycle of sequels and remakes as the counter-example. “They don’t know how to build an audience first,” he said. That gap is exactly what HEEBOO’s audience-first data layer targets. Claynosaurz aims to prove the opposite path works at scale.

Why This Matters for the Broader Web3 IP Playbook

Claynosaurz sits at the front of a small class of NFT projects that scaled past their original collections. Over 1 billion social views and more than 1 million cross-platform followers back the claim. Andrew called that traction a direct result of building the community before the product. “We started as this digital collectible NFT-native brand,” he said. “People love it. And then it turns out people also love it outside of Web3.”

For crypto readers, the takeaway is a working blueprint. Ship real content, distribute economic upside back to early fans, and let the audience finance the next expansion. HEEBOO productizes that loop so other creators can run the same play. The Gameloft game and the full animated season will test whether the flywheel scales past crypto-native buyers. Meanwhile, the Amazon Prime footprint gives Claynosaurz a distribution surface that most Solana IP has never touched.
